[He stands by the window momentarily. As if mulling over the names of females he once knew, or once read about. There may have been a girl at one point. Maybe hidden away in his head, kept locked away for this moment. He murmurs "Elizabeth". But, it was too similar.

He turns his head, looking over his shoulder.]
You know, I think I'd like to try to give you one myself. You can feel free to reject it or accept it at your own leisure. I feel as if you would be the type of woman that a man would promise the world to. Create many that he couldn't keep. Fortunately for you, I keep mine.
[He smiles and turns his head back out the window.] I thought of one. Would you like to hear it?
[ he had such pretty words - a way of saying them which made her want to listen, even after he'd stopped speaking. eager for him to continue on with whatever he may say next.
For now, I'd just like to show you the world the way I see it. If you'll allow that. [to highlight that, he extends his hand to her. as if to say, "I'll lead you."]
